European Compliance Suite was born from frustration—shared across legal teams, public institutions, and regulated industries trying to stay compliant in a world not built for it.
Our founding team had spent years working in enterprise software, public infrastructure, and B2B AI tooling. We watched as teams used Zoom, Slack, Notion, and email to manage decisions that would later need to hold up in court, under audit, or in front of regulators.
The tools were fast—but not trustworthy. They were global—but not compliant. Documentation was fragmented, redactions were manual, and audit trails were stitched together at the last minute.
In late 2023, as GDPR enforcement picked up and the EU AI Act neared adoption, we realized something simple but urgent: teams needed a platform that respected how European compliance actually works.
We weren’t ex-FAANG. We weren’t chasing hype. We are operators solving a real problem—how to turn critical conversations into structured, audit-ready, privacy-respecting records. From public procurement panels to internal legal reviews, we saw the same need: traceability, consent, and sovereignty—by default.
Today, European Compliance Suite is being piloted by legal departments, healthcare providers, public agencies, and financial institutions across the EU. We’re not trying to replace meetings—we’re making them compliant. We’re not replacing humans—we’re helping them prove what happened, clearly and securely.
