EU AI Act Compliance Simplified for Non-EU Providers

The EU AI Act is written at the level of the product. Most compliance services are built around the organisation. European Compliance Suite was founded to close that gap — with lawyer-led assessments that tell you exactly how the law lands on the specific AI system you’re shipping, not on your company in the abstract.

Who we are

European Compliance Suite is led by Yuliia Habriiel, a regulatory lawyer with direct experience inside EU digital regulation — the AI Act, GDPR, NIS2, DORA, the Cyber Resilience Act, and ISO 42001. Yuliia has worked at the intersection of law and technology throughout the development of the EU’s digital regulatory framework, bringing practitioner-level knowledge that goes beyond reading the legislation to understanding how it was built and how it will be enforced.

Yuliia is supported by a small team of legal and technical specialists across Estonia and Switzerland, combining regulatory expertise with hands-on experience of the products and industries the Act regulates. We are not a large consultancy with a generalist bench. We are a focused practice built around one question: how does EU digital regulation actually apply to your AI product?

Where we operate

We are established in Estonia and Switzerland, with the ability to act as EU Authorised Representative for non-EU providers under Article 22 of the EU AI Act.

We serve AI product teams across the European Union, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom — including the growing number of UK, US, and Canadian companies discovering that the Act reaches them through their output in the Union.

What we believe

The EU AI Act is not primarily a documentation exercise. It is a product-level regulation with real enforcement consequences — prohibited practices already in force, high-risk obligations landing in 2026 and 2027, and market surveillance authorities beginning to ask questions. The companies that will navigate it well are the ones that understand how it applies to what they actually build, not the ones that completed a checklist.

Our job is to give you that understanding — clearly, quickly, and at a price that makes sense for a product team, not a compliance department.
